Minutes of the meeting of the Boundaries and Planning Committee held on Monday 2 June 2008 at 2.15pm in Meeting Room 2, The Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham Avenue, Radlett.

155. Election of Chairman

Councillor Mrs E E Wackrow reported that she wished to stand down as Chairman of the Committee. Councillor Mrs V Charrett was nominated for the post, and she duly accepted. There was a unanimous vote for the appointment. The Committee thanked Councillor Mrs E E Wackrow for her excellent Chairmanship.

156. Election of Vice Chairman

Councillor Mrs E E Wackrow was nominated for the post, and she duly accepted. There was a unanimous vote for the appointment.

157. Apologies for absence

     Apologies were received from Councillors T Butwick and D Lambert. The Committee accepted these.

159. To confirm the minutes and appendices of the meeting held on Monday 19 May

     Subject to the change on page 2, the minutes were confirmed and signed as a true and correct record. The planning grid was approved.
