Several people had commented how much more attractive the front cover was in full colour.
The Deputy Clerk was asked to find out the cost of a full coloured edition and also the cost of full colour front and back covers only. Members preferred the matt finish paper to the former gloss finish. (Action: Deputy Clerk)

Two new advertisements would appear in the next edition; a veterinary surgeon and electrician.
The cost of placing an advertisement in full colour on the back page would be increased to £40.
- Distribution
The Deputy Clerk reported that the Royal Mail had sent a second invoice amounting to £250 for incorrect labels on the last delivery of boxes. The matter was being disputed and was ongoing.
- Put Together
The Put Together meeting would be held on Thursday 24 April 2008 at 2pm.
