Minutes of the meeting of the BOUNDARIES AND PLANNING COMMITTEE held on Monday 6 September 2004 in Meeting Room 2, The Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham Avenue , Radlett.

1. Apologies for absence

Apologies were received from Councillor Mrs S A Reith.

2. Declaration of Interest

It was noted that 29 Elm Walk was adjacent to 28 Elm Walk, which the Parish Council owned.

3. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 6 September 2004

It was noted that the second paragraph in item 6 should read “It was agreed that Councillor Mrs Wackrow should write to Councillor N Payne with a copy to Richard Grove”.

4. Approve comments on current applications

The grid was approved as a correct record.

5. Review new applications

See planning grid pages 1, 2, 3, 4 dated 09 September 2004.

6. 60 Craigweil Avenue

Councillor Mrs Wackrow reported that a letter had been written and sent to Councillor N Payne, the leader of Hertsmere Borough Council. A reply had not been received as yet. Councillor Mrs Wackrow had also received a letter from Mr Horowitz of 17 Williams Way and this had been copied to all members of the planning committee.

It was noted that if Hertsmere Borough Council's formal complaints procedure were invoked then a different department would have to carry out the investigation.

Councillor Mrs Wackrow would ring the Borough Council to obtain information about the recommendations at last weeks Bushey & Aldenham Planning Sub Committee meeting.

7. Date of next meeting

The next meeting would take place on Monday 20 September 2004 in Meeting Room 2, The Radlett Centre.
