Minutes of the meeting of the Boundaries and Planning Committee held on Monday 5 July 2004 at 7.30 pm in Meeting Room 2, The Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham Avenue , Radlett

1. Apologies for absence

Apologies were received from Councillor B Deem.

2. Declaration of interest

Councillor S Burke declared a non-pecuniary interest in the application to be discussed for Edgegrove School.

3. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 21 June 2004

Councillor D Lambert reported on the situation at Otterspool Way . A solution had been found, keys would be given to residents or anyone who needed it to open the barrier.

4. Approve comments on current applications

The grid dated 6 July 2004 was approved as a correct record.

5. Review new applications

See planning grid pages 1, 2 and 3 dated 6 July 2004.

6. 60 Craigweil Avenue

Councillor Mrs Reith reported on the application at 60 Craigweil. The owners had received permission and were building according to plan.

7. Former Quadrant and Houseboat Works

Councillor Mrs Wackrow had drafted a response to Hertsmere Borough Council and a copy of this was distributed to all members present. After discussion it was agreed to make a few changes and send it off to Hertsmere. Councillor Mrs Wackrow asked Mrs Floate to email the draft to Councillor Deem for his information.

8. Date of next meeting

The next meeting would be held on Monday 19 July at 7.30 pm.
