Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Finance & General Purposes Committee of the Council. This is to be held on Wednesday 16th July 2008 at 8pm in The Radlett Centre, Aldenham Avenue, Radlett.

3. To elect a Vice Chairman
4. Declarations of Interest:
   1. Personal

5. To adjourn the meeting for members of the public to address the Committee (if any) (in accordance with Standing Order 13.9)
6. To confirm and sign the Minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 11th June 2008
7. Clerk's Report
8. To consider the latest Financial Statements and Budget Report:
   1. Statements from June 2008
   2. Request from RCT for monies towards the following projects:
   1. Replacement notice boards
   2. Ground floor toilets
   3. Outside rendering
   3. To decide if the Council wish to update the CCTV for the Radlett Centre
9. To consider grant applications for 2008/09
4. The Citizens Advise Bureau Service in Hertsmere - £2000
10. To consider whether to apply for a new lease on Aldenham Green which expires September 2008

The Chairman will then move the following resolution;
That under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s 1(2), the press and public are excluded from the meeting whilst matters pertaining to employees of the council are discussed.
