Notice is hereby given of the June meeting of Aldenham Parish Council in the Douglas Hicks Room at The Radlett Centre, Aldenham Avenue, Radlett, Herts, WD7 8HL, on Tuesday 24th May 2008 at 8:00pm.

1. Prayers to be led by Chairman.
2. To receive and accept apologies for absence.
3. To declare declarations of interest on any item on the Agenda.

4. To approve and adopt the Minutes of the Full Council and Annual meetings held on Tuesday 27th May 2008 (in accordance with Standing Order 6.4.1)
5. To receive the Clerks Report (for information only).
6. To adjourn the meeting for members of the public to address the Council (in accordance with Standing Order 6.4.5).
7. To receive such communications as the person presiding may wish to lay before the Council (in accordance with Standing Order 6.4.6 - info only).
   
8. To respond to questions from Councillors (in accordance with Standing Order 6.4.7 - info only).
9. To receive and adopt the minutes of the following Committees (not previously agreed) (In accordance with Standing Order 6.4.8).

    The Chairman will then move the following resolution; That under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s 1(2), the press and public is excluded from the meeting whilst matters pertaining to employees of the council are discussed.
