Minutes of the meeting of the Boundaries and Planning Committee held on Monday 19 May 2008 at 7:30pm in Meeting Room 2, The Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham Avenue, Radlett.

Present:

    Apologies were received from Councillors Mrs G Balen and Mrs V Charrett.

  3. To confirm the minutes and appendices of the meeting held on Monday 12 May 2008

    The minutes of the last meeting were confirmed and signed as a true and correct record. The planning grid was approved.

      Councillor Mrs E E Wackrow reported on the decision notices received from Hertsmere Borough Council.

    3. Referrals

      To decide a response to the notice of appeals
      Members present discussed the present system for responding to notices of appeals. It was agreed that over the next three months to look more closely at appeal notices, with a view to either reconsidering or expanding on the our initial comments of the committee. It was also thought it would be useful to discuss this further with the Clerk, Peter Evans when he did a training session during June.

  5. Date of next meeting

    The next meeting would take place on Monday 2 June 2008 at 2:15pm.
