Notice is hereby given of the APRIL meeting of ALDENHAM PARISH COUNCIL in the Douglas Hicks Room at The Radlett Centre, Aldenham Avenue, Radlett, Herts, WD7 8HL, on Tuesday 29th April 2008 at 8pm.

Prior to commencement of the meeting there will be a presentation to the Council of its recently awarded Quality Council status certificate.

2. To receive and accept apologies for absence
3. To declare declarations of interest on any item on the Agenda.

4. To approve and adopt the Minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday 25th March 2008 (in accordance with Standing Order 6.4.1)
5. To receive the Clerks Report (for information only).
6. To adjourn the meeting for members of the public to address the Council (if any) (in accordance with Standing Order 6.4.5).
7. To receive such communications as the person presiding may wish to lay before the Council (in accordance with Standing Order 6.4.6).
   
8. To respond to questions from Councillors (in accordance with Standing Order 6.4.7).

   2. To receive the minutes of the Annual Meeting, and decide if any action is required.
10. To consider the Reports of Officers (in accordance with Standing Order 6.4.9)
    1. To receive and adopt the report on the leasing of ‘Picnic Field’ to ‘Bikers on Track’ for the purpose of providing controlled off road motorbike use.
    2. To nominate a representative to serve on the Standards Committee at Hertsmere Borough Council for a two year period.
11. To receive an invitation from our twinned town Gemeinde Lautertal to attend a ceremony celebrating twenty five years of their towns twinning with Jarnac in France, on the 25th September 2008, and to decide if any representative from Aldenham Parish will attend.
12. To authorise the payment of accounts (schedule to follow) (in accordance with Standing Order 6.4.10).
