Aldenham Parish Council

Minutes of the meeting of the BOUNDARIES AND PLANNING COMMITTEE held on Monday 17 March 2008 at 7:30pm in Meeting Room 2, The Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham Avenue, Radlett.

Present:

133. Apologies for absence

     Apologies were received from Councillors D Lambert and Mrs G Balen.

134. Declarations of Interest in any item on the agenda

     Councillor Mrs E Samuelson declared a personal and prejudicial interest in the application to be discussed at 38 Loom Lane, TP/2008/0375. Due to the absence of Councillor Mrs E Samuelson whilst this application was being discussed, the meeting would become inquorate. It was agreed to defer discussion of this application until the next meeting on Monday 7 April 2008 at 2:15pm.

     Councillor Mrs E Samuelson declared a personal interest in the application to be discussed at 55 Loom Lane.

135. To confirm the minutes and appendices of the meeting held on Monday 3 March 2008

     The minutes were signed as a true and correct record.

136. To review new applications

     See planning grid pages 1, 2 and 3 dated 18 March 2008.

137. To receive an update on applications of a special interest

     It was noted that The Draft parking Standards document had been completed and sent back to Hertsmere Borough Council ahead of the deadline.

     It was agreed to email the agenda grid to Mr R Reith a representative of the Radlett Society.

     The draft list of important buildings in the Parish would be discussed at the next meeting and should appear as an item on the next agenda. A photocopy of the buildings relevant to the Parish would be sent to members of the planning committee.

     It was noted that the two applications at Longridge, Common Lane had been only partly approved.

138. Date of next meeting

     The next meeting would be held on Monday 7 April 2008 at 2:15pm.

The meeting closed at 8:56pm.
