You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the ALDENHAM PARISH COUNCIL at The Radlett Centre, Aldenham Avenue, Radlett, Herts WD7 8HL on Tuesday 26 February 2008 at 8pm.

AGENDA

1. Prayers to be led by the Chairman.
2. To receive apologies for absence.
3. To welcome new clerk Mr Peter Evans.
4. To receive and note declarations of interest (if any).
5. To approve the Minutes of the meeting held on 29 January 2008.
6. To receive any updates from actions in the Minutes of the meeting held on 29 January 2008 (for information only).
7. To adjourn the meeting for members of the public to address the Council (if any).
8. To authorise the payment of accounts (schedule to follow).
9. To sign Barclays Bank Mandate forms (all councillors).
10. To sign off the Annual Return for the year ended 31 March 2007.
11. To receive such communications as the person presiding may wish to lay before the Council.
12. To respond to questions from Councillors.
