ALDENHAM PARISH COUNCIL

You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the ALDENHAM PARISH COUNCIL at The Radlett Centre, Aldenham Avenue, Radlett, Herts WD7 8HL on Tuesday 29 January 2008 at 8pm.

To assist in the speedy and efficient despatch of business, Members requiring further information on items included on the agenda are requested too enquire prior to the meeting.

AGENDA

  1. Prayers to be led by the Chairman.
  2. To receive apologies for absence.
  3. To receive and note declarations of interest (if any).
  4. To approve the Minutes of the meeting held on 18 December 2007.
  5. To receive any updates from actions in the Minutes of the meeting held on 18 December 2007 (for information only).
  6. To adjourn the meeting for members of the public to address the Council (if any).
  7. To authorise the payment of accounts (schedule to follow).
  8. To receive such communications as the person presiding may wish to lay before the Council.
  9. To respond to questions from Councillors.
  10. To consider the s.145 Grant to The Radlett Centre Trust 2008/2009 and the Finance and General Purposes Committee’s RECOMMENDATION contained in the Minutes of the meeting held on 16 January 2008.
  11. To consider the Parish Precept for 2008/09 (draft budget attached and Finance and General Purposes Committee’s RECOMMENDATION contained in the Minutes of 16 January 2008).
  12. To consider making a s.137 grant to the RECC for £200. The amount would be paid from the current year’s budget (Application attached).
  13. To consider the Finance and General Purposes Committee’s RECOMMENDATION contained in the Minutes of 16 January 2008 that all monies apart from the current account be transferred from the Tracker account to the Instant Access account.
  14. To approve recommendations within the Minutes of the following Committees (not previously agreed).

  15. Planning

    2. To receive a report from the Boundaries and Planning Committee Chairman on application considered at the meetings of the Committee or decisions reached by the Local Planning Authority or Appeals lodged with the Planning Inspectorate that are of special interest (for information only).
    3. Any other planning matters (for information only).
  16. Items of interest from Minutes of other authorities (for information only).
  17. To consider calendar of meetings (as attached).
