ALDENHAM PARISH COUNCIL

You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the ALDENHAM PARISH COUNCIL at The Radlett Centre, Aldenham Avenue, Radlett, Herts WD7 8HL on Tuesday 18 December 2007 at 8pm.

AGENDA

  1. Prayers to be led by the Chairman.
  2. To receive apologies for absence.
  3. To receive and note declarations of interest (if any).
  4. To approve the Minutes of the meeting held on 27 November 2007(in accordance with Standing Order 6.4.1) – previously circulated.
  5. To receive any updates from actions in the Minutes of the meeting held on 27 November 2007 (for information only).
  6. To adjourn the meeting for members of the public to address the Council (if any) (in accordance with Standing Order 6.4.5).
  7. To receive such communications as the person presiding may wish to lay before the Council (in accordance with Standing Order 6.4.6).
  8. To respond to questions from Councillors (in accordance with Standing Order 6.4.7).
  9. To approve recommendations within the Minutes of the following Committees (not previously agreed) (in accordance with Standing Order 6.4.8).

  11. To authorise the payment of accounts (schedule to follow) (in accordance with Standing Order 6.4.10).
  12. Planning

    1. To consider the number of applications received, allowed, refused and withdrawn from 1 January 2007 to date.
    2. To receive a report from the Boundaries and Planning Committee Chairman on applications considered at the meetings of the Committee detailed at Item 11 or decisions reached by the Local Planning Authority or Appeals lodged with the Planning Inspectorate that are of special interest (for information only).
    3. Any other planning matters (for information only).
