Minutes of the meeting of the BOUNDARIES AND PLANNING COMMITTEE held on Monday 19 November 2007 at 7.30pm in Meeting Room 2, The Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham Avenue, Radlett

Councillor Lambert declared a personal interest as a neighbour of 1 The Green Letchmore Heath – TP/2007/1962 Part single part two storey rear extension following removal of existing conservatory and did not take part in the discussions thereon.

TP/2007/0624 – 7 Wall Hall Drive, Aldenham - Erection of a single storey rear conservatory had been refused by the Local Planning Authority.
TP/2007/0652 – 18 The Close, Radlett - Part single, part two storey front, side and rear extension had been refused by the Local Planning Authority.
TP/2007/0665 – 1 Loom Place, Radlett - Two storey side extension, first floor side extension, pitched roof to existing double garage and new roof to existing front dormer, new canopy to front and side, had been refused by the Local Planning Authority.
TP/2007/0671 – 25 Homefield Road, Radlett - Two storey front side and rear extensions had been withdrawn.
TP/2007/0684 – 38 Goodyers Avenue Radlett - Erection of a 3 bedroom bungalow following demolition of existing bungalow had been granted planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.
TP/2007/0703 – 37 Watford Road Radlett - Erection of a new front boundary wall and gates had been granted planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.
TP/2007/0969 – The Cottage, Common Lane, Radlett - Part conversion of garage building to 1 bedroom residential annexe for use within The Cottage had been withdrawn.
TP/2007/1345 – 111 Loom Lane, Radlett - Single storey rear extension had been granted planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.
TP/2007/1401 – Rushmoor, The Warren, Radlett - Two storey rear extension with hipped roof including addition of crown roof, basement extension and rear decking. New front porch and 2 new bay windows (amended plans received 8 August 2007, 14 September 2007 and 24th October 2007 and revised description) had been granted planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.
TP/2007/1587 – 55 Loom Lane, Radlett - Demolition of existing dwelling and garage and erection of 2 storey 5 bedroom replacement dwelling together with front and rear dormers and attached garage and games room had been referred to Bushey/Aldenham Planning Sub Committee for determination.
TP/2007/1656 – Wistaria, Gills Hill Lane, Radlett - Demolition of existing house and erection of a new 2 storey dwelling, ground level to include conservatory together with basement level and roof level to include front gable had been granted planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.
TP/2007/1675 – 65 Aldenham Avenue, Radlett - Retention of part single and part two storey side and rear extension together with a front porch. (Amendment to TP/06/0330 - new door and window in side elevation) had been granted planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.
