Minutes of the meeting of the BOUNDARIES AND PLANNING COMMITTEE held on Monday 5 November 2007 at 2.15pm in Meeting Room 2, The Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham Avenue, Radlett.

76. Election of Chairman

    In the absence of Councillor Mrs E E Wackrow, Councillor Mrs G Balen was elected to chair the meeting.

77. Apologies for absence

    Apologies were received from Councillor Mrs V Charrett, D Lambert, S Burke, Mrs E E Wackrow.

78. Declarations of interest

    Councillor Mrs E Samuelson declared a non prejudicial interest in the application at 55 Loom Lane. Councillor B Hyams declared a non prejudicial interest in the application at 96 Watling Street, Radlett.

79. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 22 October 2007

    The minutes were confirmed and signed as a true record of the meeting.

80. Approve comments on current applications

    The grid was approved as a correct record.

81. Review new applications

    See planning grid pages 1, 2 and 3 dated 7 November 2007.

82. To receive an update on applications of special interest

    There was nothing to report.

83. Date of next meeting

    The next meeting would be held on Monday 19 November 2007 at 7.30pm.
