69. Apologies for absence

    Apologies were received from Councillor B Hyams.

70. Declarations of interest

    Councillor D Lambert as Chairman of the Letchmore Heath Village Trust declared a non prejudicial interest in the application at Longridge, Common Lane.

71. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 8 October 2007

    Subject to the following changes:

    • Item 68 should read Rail reight instead of Air Freight.
    • Councillors present, it should read Councillor Mr C Wilkins.
    • The date of next meeting heading had been omitted.

    The minutes were then signed as a true and correct record.

72. Approve comments on current applications

    The grid was approved as a correct record.

73. Review new applications

    See planning grid attached, pages 1 and 2 dated 24 October 2007.

74. To receive an update on applications of special interest.

    The application at 3 Willow Way had been approved. The application at Silver Birches, Waterside had been approved.

75. Date of next meeting

    The next meeting would be held on Monday 5 November 2007 at 2.15pm.

The meeting closed at 8.20pm.
