Apologies were received from Councillor S Burke and B Hyams.
- Declarations of interest
Councillor Mrs E Samuelson declared a non prejudicial interest in the application at 55 Loom Lane, Councillor Mrs Samuelson took no part in the discussion relating to this application.
- To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 23 July 2007
The minutes were confirmed and signed as a true and correct record.
- Approve comments on current applications
The grid was approved as a correct record.
- Review new applications
See planning grid pages 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 dated 17 August 2007.
- To receive an update on applications of special interest
The applications at 126 Watling Street, 22 The Ridgeway and Home Farm, Common Lane were appealing against the refusal of their applications. The applications at 10 Dellfield Close and 27 Shenley Hill were approved.
- Date of next meeting
The next meeting would be held on Monday 3 September 2007.
The meeting closed at 9.40pm.
