Apologies were received from Councillors D Lambert and C Wilkins.
- Declarations of Interest
There were no declarations of interest.
- To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 9 July 2007
The minutes were confirmed and signed as a true and correct record.
- Approve comments on current applications
The grid was approved as a correct record.
- Review new applications
See planning grid pages 1, 2, 3 and 4 dated 12 July 2007.
- Planning for gypsy and traveller and accommodation
Councillor Mrs E E Wackrow had drafted a response to the Consultation Response Form. Councillor Wackrows’s comments to each question were discussed. A response was agreed and would be sent to the East of England Regional Assembly in good time for the deadline. It was decided to circulate all councillors with the draft response for their comments as it will have to be submitted before the next Parish Council meeting.
- To receive an update on applications of special interest
It was noted that the applications at the Synagogue, Watling Street had been withdrawn. The applications at Home Farm, Common Lane and 6 Loom Lane were appealing against refusal. The applications at 27 Shenley Hill, 10 Dellfield Close and 49 The Crosspath had been approved.
- The next meeting would be held on Monday 13 August 2007.
The meeting closed at 3.15pm.
