The minutes of the meeting held on 9 January 2007 were signed as a true and accurate record.

UPDATES FROM ACTIONS IN THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 9 JANUARY 2007
1. Landowners Consent – Dawn Grocock would be contacting landowners in the first instance to see if they would put in the first kissing gate themselves before utilising public funds to do the work. Aldenham School would be approached about putting in a kissing gate on Footpath 33.
2. New contractors – No particular improvements had been noticed since the letting of the new contract by Hertfordshire County Council.

P3 ANNUAL WORK FROM 2005/2006
It was noted that no further work from this list could be carried out as the Parish had been advised that kissing gate was no longer required.

P3 ANNUAL WORK FORM 2006/2007
It was noted that no further work from this list could be carried out without the specific authority of Ms. Grocock following her discussions with land owners.

P3 ANNUAL WORK FORM 2007/2008
In view of the increasing administrative and financial burden placed on the Parish to undertake this work, Members RECOMMENDED that the Parish Council would no longer enter into P3 but a list of complaints on footpaths would be maintained and the County Council regularly updated with its contents.

Complaints on Footpaths
Foothpath 53A Newberries Ave to Theobald Street needed clearing as it was overgrown.
