Minutes of the meeting of the Boundaries and Planning Committee held on Monday 20 February 2006 at 2.15pm in Meeting Room 2, The Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham, Radlett

1.  Apologies for absence

   Apologies were received from Councillors W Deem and D Lambert.

2.  Declaration of Interest

There were no declarations of interest.

3.  To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 6 February 2006

The minutes were confirmed and signed as a true record.

Councillors present at the meeting expressed the view that adding names and addressed to the grid was inappropriate.  It was agreed to discuss this matter at the next Parish Council Meeting to seek the views of other members.

4.  Approve comments on current applications

The grid was approved as a correct record.

5.  Review new applications

See planning grid pages 1, 2 and 3 dated 21 February 2006.

6.  Date of next meeting

The next meeting would be held on Monday 6 March 2006 at 7.30pm.

The meeting closed at 3pm.
