Minutes of the meeting of the Boundaries and Planning Committee held on Monday 6 February 2006 at 7.30pm in the Douglas Hicks Room, The Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham Avenue, Radlett

1.  Apologies for absence

Apologies were received from Councillors Mrs V Charrett, Mrs G Balen and S Burke.

2.  Declaration of interest

There were no declarations of interest.

3.  To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 23 January 2006

The minutes were confirmed and signed as a correct record.

4.  Approve comments on current applications

The grid was approved as a correct record.

5.  Review new applications

See planning grid pages 1, 2 and 3 dated 7 February 2006.

As a result of a request it was agreed by members present to include the names and addresses of the applicants to the grid.

It was noted that the applications at 5 The Avenue, 25 Peregrine Close, 3 The Grove and the Battleaxes had been approved.

6.  Date of next meeting

The next meeting would be held on Monday 20 February 2006.

The meeting closed at  10.15pm.
