1.  Apologies for absence

Apologies were received from Councillors Mrs V Charrett and D Lambert.

2.  Declaration of Interest

There were no declarations of interest.

3.  To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on Monday

The minutes were confirmed and signed as a correct record.

4.  Approve comments on current applications

The grid was approved as a correct record.

5.  Review new applications

See planning grid pages 1 and 2 dated 24 January 2006.

Councillor Mrs E E Wackrow reported that the application at 9 Gills Hill Lane had been withdrawn.

The applications at Winterbourne House, Butterfly Lane, 7 Gills Hill Lane, 17 Williams Way, 9 The Avenue had been approved.

The applications at 38 Elm Walk, Threeways, Gills Hill Lane, and 42 The Ridgeway had been refused.

6.  Date of next meeting

The next meeting would be held on Monday 6 February 2006 at 7.15pm.

The meeting closed at 3.30pm.
