ALDENHAM PARISH COUNCIL

Minutes of the Boundaries and Planning Committee held on Monday 7 March 2005 at 7.30 pm in Meeting Room 2, The Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham Avenue, Radlett.

1. Apologies for absence
   
   Apologies were received from Councillor Mrs S A Reith, Councillor D Lambert and Councillor S Burke.
   
   
2. Declarations of interest
   
   There were no declarations of interest.
   
   
3. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 21 February 2005
   
   The minutes were signed as a correct record.
   
   
4. To consider the comments on applications considered at the meeting held on 21 February 2005
   
   
5. To review new applications
   
   The grid was approved as a correct record.
   
   Councillor D Lambert had emailed his recommendations on Aldenham Depot application to members of the committee. It was agreed to record a comment of ‘Object to inadequate traffic arrangements.'

6. To receive an update on applications of special interest
   
   It was noted that the Bhaktivedanta Manor was appealing against refusal of their application.
   
   The applications for Watling Knoll and Crimbles, Loom Place had been refused and the application at Roundbush Garage had been approved by Hertsmere Borough Council.
   
   All members had received the list of possible road names for the new development at Wall Hall.
