Minutes of the Boundaries and Planning Committee held on Monday 21 February 2005 in Meeting Room 2, The Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham Avenue, Radlett.

1. Apologies for absence
   
   Apologies were received from Councillor S Burke and Councillor D Lambert.
   
   
2. Declarations of Interest
   
   There were no declarations of interest.
   
   
3. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 24 January 2005
   
   The minutes were signed as a correct record.
   
   
4. To consider the comments on applications considered at the meeting held on 24 January 2005
   
   The grid was approved as a correct record.
   
   
5. To review new applications
   
   Councillor Mrs E E Wackrow had inspected some of the plans prior to the meeting. Recommendations had been made by Councillor Mrs Wackrow and members present were asked to approve the comments.
   
   Members agreed to approve the comments made on the previously inspected applications.

6. To receive an update on applications of special interest
   
   Councillor Mrs Wackrow checked that members present had received the statistics for planning from 1 st January 2004 to 31 December 2004 . All members present thought it was a useful document and it was agreed in future to produce this report quarterly.
   
   Councillor Mrs Wackrow reported that the application at Bhaktivedanta Manor had gone to appeal on the grounds of non determination of the application.
   
   The application at 12 the Woods had also gone to appeal.
   
   
7. Date of next meeting
   
   The meeting would be held on Monday 7 March 2005 at 7.30pm.
