1. Apologies for absence

Apologies were received from Councillor Mrs E E Wackrow and Councillor D Lambert. In the absence of the Chairman, Councillor Mrs V Charrett was elected to chair the meeting.

2. Declaration of Interest

There were no declarations of interest.

3. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 18 October 2004

The minutes were signed as a correct record.

4. Approve comments on current applications

The grid was approved as a correct record.

5. Review new applications.

See planning grid pages 1, 2, 3 and 4 dated 25 November 2004.

6. Date of next meeting

The next meeting would be held on Monday 13 December 2004 at 7.30pm.

The meeting closed at 9.20pm.
