Minutes of the meeting of the BOUNDARIES AND PLANNING COMMITTEE

Held on Monday 4 October 2004 in Meeting Room 2, The Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham Avenue , Radlett.

1. Apologies for absence

Apologies were received from Councillors D Lambert, W Deem and S Burke.

2. Declarations of interest

Councillor Mrs Reith declared a non-prejudicial interest in the application to be discussed at 33 Loom Lane and took no part in the discussion thereon. It was noted that Councillor Mrs Reith lived adjacent to the property.

3. To confirm the Minutes of the meeting held on Monday 20 September 2004

The minutes were signed as a correct record.

4. Approve comments on current applications

The grid was approved as a correct record.

5. Review new applications

See planning grid pages 1, 2, 3 dated 7 October 2004.

6. 60 Craigweil Avenue

There was nothing to report.

7. Other planning matters

Members noted that 1 The Avenue, 28 Park Road , Quadrant, Watling Street and 9 Theobald Street had gone to appeal.

It was also noted that 5 Rendlesham Avneue, 25 Park Road , and Brook Cottage had been refused.

Members noted that Mrs Floate had contacted Hertsmere Borough Council to enquire about the velux windows in a house in Aldenham Avenue. This application has approval under lawful development.

The next meeting would take place on Monday 18 October at 7.30pm.
