ALDENHAM PARISH COUNCIL

Minutes of the meeting of the Boundaries and Planning Committee held on Tuesday 12 August 2004 at 7.30pm in Meeting Room 2, The Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham Avenue, Radlett.

1. Apologies for absence

There were no apologies for absence.

2. Declarations of Interest in any item on the agenda

There were no declarations of interest.

3. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 21 July 2003

It was noted that Councillor Mrs Wackrow had written to Hertsmere regarding Bhativedanta Manor and not Councillor Lambert as stated in the minutes of the last Parish Council meeting. This would be mentioned at the next meeting.

The minutes were confirmed as a true record.

4. Approve comments on current applications

The grid was approved as a correct record.

5. Review new applications

See planning grid pages 1, 2 and 3 dated 19 August 2003.

6. Any other business

Councillor Mrs Reith reported that she had received a response to her recent enquiry regarding 34 Loom Lane.

Councillor Mrs Wackrow reported she had received a letter from Tony Jennings regarding the land enquiry around footpath 31a.

Councillor Mrs Wackrow reported that the planning application at 34 Shenley had been granted with conditions attached to it. The applications at 56 Williams Way and 150 Watling Street had been refused. The application at 30 New Road had been deferred and the applications at the Hertsmere Jewish Primary School had been granted.

The next meeting would be held on Monday 8 September at 7.30pm.
