Apologies were received from Councillor S Burke and Councillor Mrs Reith

2. Urgent Late Items

The Chairman advised that she had agreed to consider the following applications as urgent late items so that the Council's comments could be sent in by the deadline required for each application;

There were no declarations of interest.

4. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 5 July 2004

The minutes were signed as a correct record.

5. To consider the comments on applications considered at the meeting held on Monday 5 July 2004

The grid was approved as a correct record.

6. Review new applications

See planning grid pages 1, 2 and 3 dated 20 July 2004 .

•  Planning appeal

Members were advised that application TP/2004/0256 – 299 Watling Street , Radlett WD7 7LA – Change of use of ground floor from A1 (Retail) to A2 (Financial and Professional Services) had gone to appeal.
