ALDENHAM PARISH COUNCIL 

Minutes of the meeting of the BOUNDARIES AND PLANNING COMMITTEE held on Tuesday 21 June 2004 in Meeting Room 2, The Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham Avenue , Radlett.

1. Apologies for absence

Apologies were received from Councillor S Burke. ( Elizabeth , I had an email from Stephen, which I only picked up the next morning)

2. Declarations of Interest

There were no declarations of interest.

3. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 8 June 2004

The minutes of the last meeting were approved as a correct record.

4. Approve comments on current applications

The grid was approved as a correct record.

5. Draft Consultation: High Hedges

Councillor Mrs Wackrow reported that she and Councillor Deem had studied the document in detail. A response had been prepared and members present discussed this at length.

It was agreed that Councillor Mrs Wackrow would amend the response accordingly and fax it off in time for the deadline of 23 June.

6. Otterspool Way

Councillor D Lambert reported that a barrier had been erected in Otterspool way which closed off access to traffic and made no provision for horses to get through. Councillor Lambert was in contact with Richard Grove at Hertsmere and would keep the committee informed regarding the outcome.

7. Date of next meeting

The next meeting would take place on Monday 5 July at 7.30 pm.

The meeting closed at 9.20 pm.
