Minutes of the meeting of the BOUNDARIES AND PLANNING COMMITTEE held at 7.30 pm on Monday 10 May 2004 in Meeting Room 2, The Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham Avenue , Radlett

1. Apologies for absence

Apologies were received from Councillors W Deem, D Lambert and V Charrett.

2. Declarations of interest

There were no declarations of interest.

3. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 19 April 2004

Mrs Adams was asked to check with Mrs Floate which planning application from the previous meeting was queried with Hertsmere Borough Council.

Councillor Mrs Wackrow enquired if the planning application at Bridgefoot Cottages had been called in. Mrs Adams was asked to check with the Clerk to find out if Councillor Saunders had called it in to be discussed at full committee. It was noted that 6 letters had been received in connection with this application.

The minutes were signed as a true record.

4. Approve comments on current applications

The grid was approved as a correct record.

5. Review new applications

See planning grid pages 1, 2, 3, 4, dated 12 May 2004 .

6. Any other business

It was noted that Orchard Cottage, New Road , Letchmore Heath had appealed against the planning decision.

The date of next meeting was Monday 24 May at 7.30pm .

The meeting closed at 9.45pm.
