Apologies were received from Councillor S Burke and Councillor W Deem.

2. Declarations of Interest

There were no declarations of interest.

3. To note the grid approved at Council on 30 March 2004

It was noted that the last grid had already been approved at the Council meeting on 30 March.

4. Review new applications

See planning grid dated 21 April 2004 pages 1, 2 and 3.

5. Any other business

Councillor Mrs Wackrow reported that the informal hearing of the appeal for 99 –101 Gills Hill Lane was to be held on 6 October 2004.

6. Date of next meeting

The next meeting would be held on Monday 10 May at 7.30 pm.
