Minutes of the meeting of the BOUNDARIES AND PLANNING COMMITTEE held on Monday 16 February 2004 in Meeting Room 2, The Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham Avenue, Radlett.

1. Apologies for absence

Apologies were received from Councillors D Lambert and W Deem.

2. Declarations of Interest

Councillor Mrs V Charrettt declared an interest in planning application no 2004/0080 at 9 Theobald Street, Radlett.

3. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 2 February 2004

The minutes were confirmed as a correct record.

4. Approved comments on current applications

The grid was approved as a correct record.

5. Review new applications

See planning grid pages 1, 2 and 3 dated 17 February 2004.

6. Any other business

Councillor Mrs Wackrow reported that a response had been received from Office of the Deputy Prime Minister. It stated that the Government would be seeking an amendment to the Planning Bill, to provide a statutory guarantee for the counties’ role.
