3. To confirm the minutes of the meeting

The minutes were confirmed as a correct record.

4. Approve comments on current applications

The grid was approved as a correct record.

5. Review new applications

See planning grid dated 24 November 2003 pages 1 and 2.

6. Any other business

Councillor Lambert reported that a meeting to discuss the new Wall Hall application was to be held on 22 December 2003. Councillor Lambert would be attending the meeting.

7. Date of next meeting

The next meeting would be held on Monday 1 December 2003.
