There were no declarations of interest.

3. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 20 October 2003

The minutes were confirmed as a correct record.

4. Approve comments on current applications

The grid was approved as a correct record.

5. Review new applications

See planning grid dated 4 November 2003 page 1.

6. Any other business

The applications at 56 Williams Way and 40 Shenley Hill were going to appeal.

7. Date of next meeting

The next meeting would be held on Monday 17 November.
