Minutes of the meeting of the NEWSLETTER COMMITTEE held at 8 pm on Tuesday 23rd September 2003 in Meeting Room Two, The Radlett Centre, Aldenham Avenue, Radlett.

1. Apologies for absence

All Members were present.

2. Declaration of Interest

Councillors Mrs Turner and Worthy registered an interest in the Scouting Association.

3. To approve the Minutes of the meeting held on 10th July 2003

The Minutes were signed as a true and correct record.

4. Matters arising from the Minutes of the meeting held on 10th July 2003

There were no matters arising.

5. Feedback from 61st edition

Members felt that some of the photographs could have been lighter and the artwork on Herbert & Partners advertisement was still quite fuzzy. It was suggested that Herbert & Partners scan the advertisement directly to Print Services.

There was no feedback from residents as the edition would not be delivered until 29 September.
