ALDENHAM PARISH COUNCIL

Minutes of the meeting of the Boundaries and Planning Committee held on Monday 21 July 2003 at 7.30 pm in Meeting Room 2, The Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham Avenue, Radlett.

1. Apologies for absence

Apologies were received from Councillor Mrs S A Reith and Councillor S Burke.

2. Declarations of Interest in any item of the agenda

There were no declarations of interest.

3. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 7 July 2003

The minutes were confirmed as a true record.

4. Approve comments on current applications

Wall Hall

Councillor Mrs Wackrow reported that a decision had been received from the Offices of the Deputy Prime Minister. Planning permission had been refused. Members present felt that the report received had been a contradictory one.

It was noted that the recommendation for Bhaktivedanta Manor had gone out separately to Hertsmere in the form of a letter.

The grid was approved as a correct record.

5. Review new applications

See planning grid pages 1, 2 and 3 dated 22 July 2003.

6. Draft Supplementary Planning Guidance – Annexes for Dependant Relatives
and Domestic Staff

After a discussion it was agreed to send a comment of support to all the items mentioned in paragraph 4 of the brief.

The grid was approved as a correct record.
