Minutes of the
BOUNDARIES AND PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING held at 7.30 pm on
Monday 7 July 2003 in Meeting Room 2, The Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham
Avenue, Radlett.

1. Apologies for absence
Apologies were received from Councillor Mrs S A Reith and Councillor
S Burke.
2. Declarations of Interest in any item of the agenda
There were
no declarations of interest. It was noted that it had been declared
at the Parish Council meeting
held on 24 June that
Councillor Deem was a Council nominee on the Board of Trustees
of the Radlett Centre Trust. Councillor Deem had not taken part
in the discussion relating to the Radlett Centre’s planning
application.
3. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 23 June
2003 The meeting had been inquorate.
4. Approve comments on current applications
As the meeting had been inquorate the members present at the Parish
Council meeting had approved the grid on current applications.
5. Review new applications
See planning grid pages 1, 2 and 3 dated 10 July 2003.
Recommendations were deferred on the planning application for
Bhaktivedanta Manor. Councillor Lambert would contact Mrs Floate
after further discussion with the Letchmore Heath Village Trust
and the comments would go later to Hertsmere Borough Council.
6. Any other business
Councillor Mrs Wackrow reported that she had received a Draft
Supplementary Planning Guidance for Annexes for dependent relatives
and Domestic staff. Councillor Wackrow asked Mrs Floate to photocopy
it to all members. Any comments relating to the draft should be
forwarded to Councillor Mrs Wackrow.
Members present discussed the possible listing of planning applications
on the Parish Council’s website, this would be discussed
further at the next meeting.
Councillor Mrs Wackrow and Councillor Lambert reported that they
had not heard any news on the Wall Hall application.
It was noted that notification of planning appeals had been received
for Greystones, The Warren, Primrose Cottages, and 9 The Drive.
7. Date of next meeting
The next meeting would be held on Monday 21 July.
The
meeting closed at 9.40pm.
