ALDENHAM PARISH COUNCIL

Minutes of the BOUNDARIES AND PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING held at 7.30 pm on Monday 23 June 2003 in Meeting Room 2, The Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham Avenue, Radlett.

1. Apologies for absence

Apologies were received from Councillors Mrs S A Reith, D Lambert and Mrs V Charrett.

2. Declarations of interest

There were no declarations of interest.

3. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday 10 June 2003

As only two members were present the meeting was inquorate. The minutes would be approved at the Parish Council meeting.

4. Approve comments on current applications

The Planning Brief for the former Quadrant and Houseboat Works site had been received, Mrs Floate had a copy of it.

Councillor Mrs Wackrow reported that the planning seminar held at Hertsmere had been useful. Notes distributed at the seminar had been circulated to all members of the planning committee.

5. Review new applications

See planning grid pages 1 and 2 dated 25 June 2003.

An application for the First House in Williams Way had been received. A recommendation of no objection was recorded. It was noted however, that Councillor Deem lived at 6 Williams Way.

6. Any other business

There was no other business.

7. Date of next meeting

The next meeting would be held on Monday 7 July 2003 at 7.30 pm.

The meeting closed at 9pm.
