ALDENHAM PARISH COUNCIL

Minutes of the meeting of the Boundaries and Planning Committee held at 7.30 pm on Wednesday 21 May 2003 in Meeting Room 2, The Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham Avenue, Radlett.

1. Apologies for absence

Apologies were received from Councillor Mrs V Charrett, Councillor Mrs A Reith, Councillor W Deem and Councillor S Burke.

2. Election of Chairman

The meeting was declared inquorate, as only two members were present; therefore it was not possible to elect a chairman.

It was agreed that Councillor Mrs Wackrow and Councillor D Lambert would comment on the current applications. Mrs Floate would inform Hertsmere when sending the grid that the comments still needed to be approved and this would be done at the next meeting.

3. Any other business

Councillor Mrs Wackrow reported that the draft planning brief for the former Quadrant & Houseboat Works site had been sent off to Hertsmere Borough Council.

Councillor Lambert suggested that September might be a more suitable time to arrange another visit from Mr Robert Young.

4. Date of next meeting

The next two meetings would be held on Tuesday 10 June and Monday 23 June. The calendar of meetings would be changed and circulated to all members.
